(perfect for the client or athlete who is after long term management of their training. Off season athletes before moving onto Pre Comp package).

COVERS:

  • Covers initial first 2 weeks

  • initial consult phone/skype

  • Goals setting and health questionnaire review

  • Initial Programing

  • Base nutrition Plan

  • Supplement plan and review

  • Program / nutrition follow up consult

  • Fortnightly check ins via phone/skype/email of up to 15 min

  • Weekly email check ins (Report Card)

  •  Structured Updated programs

  • Nutrition adjustments where required

  • Weekly group emails

  • Access to video tutorials technique/food preparation/nutrition (coming with web site soon)

  • Access to Closed Group FB page Q/A info sharing etc.

  • Discounted Supplements for active Team Members where available

All weekly payments will be done via a direct debit company on a contracted term

All Packs

  • Weekly assessment of photos, measurements (skin folds where available)

  • Skype/phone 15mins week as required

  • Programme and Nutrition updates as necessary

  • Competition week support (final week) includes daily photo feedback or face-to-face if available.

  • Personal Training sessions are additional to these costs.

Contest Day

Help on the day is included at the fixed rate for Brisbane & Gold Coast where accommodation is not required.  Any inter-State show requires a share of costs (accommodation, flights, travel/taxi and food + $100 day) divided by the number of competitors.

You may be asked to provide a helper to help back stage.
