Meeting Mikey D almost 4 years ago was a huge turning point for my health, fitness and life.
Having been an athlete in various sports since a teenager I was never able to achieve a sculptured body that I desired, even though I trained extremely hard.
Mike has taught me so much about nutrition and training. His experience and knowledge is absolutely incredible, and has led me to achieve amazing results in the world of Natural Bodybuilding. I am so grateful to have him as my coach.

June 2012 - ANB Asia Pacific Championships, 1st place Masters, 1st over 52kg's, and Overall Champion.

June 2014 - ANB Asia Pacific Championships, 1st place over 52kg and Overall Champion.
Oct 2014 - IFBB Queensland Titles, 3rd place Open woman's Bodybuilding.
March 2015 - Competed in the IFBB Arnold classic Physique category.
